How it works

When you have good events in your life you can relate with happy emotions, remembering when it happened.

When you have upsetting, Traumatic events they are not time-stamped and you can vision yourself still in it. Even if it happened years ago. Also you may have unanswered questions on a continuous loop.

Eyes are the windows to your soul. When you recall events good or bad, your eyes move to recall them consciously or unconsciously. By moving your eyes in different pattern allows you to time stamp events and put them behind you and change how you feel about them.

It is not loads of intrusive questions over months, years of therapy .

It is 3 sessions, where you will feel a difference after session 1.
